Our Team

Yanko Hristov Stoyanov graduated from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski in 2012. His specialisations include the administration of justice, public administration, international law and international relations. He began his career as a junior lawyer at Mandzhukova, Shopov, Petrov Law Firm and is now managing partner at Yanko Stoyanov & Partners.

His practice covers commercial and corporate, property, family and inheritance, contract and administrative law. He represents clients in civil and administrative matters, including general and special civil claims, interim relief, payment order, arbitration and enforcement proceedings. He has been a certified mediator since 2014.

Sports law is another core professional interest. In this field, he has advised sports clubs, professional athletes and coaches. He joined the Arbitration Commission of the Bulgarian Basketball Federation in 2016 and has served as its chair since 2019. He works in Bulgarian, English and German.
